How to Make a Complaint

Tree beside a single-story home with a clear front yard

Last updated: October 2026

Nobodymile Tree Service aims for fair and honest dealings with each homeowner who gets in touch. Tell us when something goes wrong. This page sets out the complaint process and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Bring to Us

You may raise concerns about:

  • Your experience reaching Nobodymile Tree Service by phone or another contact method
  • The handling of your personal information
  • Website details that seem wrong or unclear
  • The behavior of a provider connected through our service

Problems With a Provider's Work

Providers in our network operate their own businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with work at your property, raising it with the provider is usually the first step. Keep a written record of that discussion.

Please tell us as well. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. A provider with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Nobodymile Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters for a provider.

Details to Send

Write to contact@nobodymile.world with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you reached us or the provider
  • The number you dialed or form you completed, if remembered
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • An explanation of the problem and the action you want from us

Our Review Process

An email acknowledgment will follow your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will examine what happened. That review may involve contacting the provider. Afterward, our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If the reply does not address your concern, respond and request another look. You can also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state or local licensing office may be another source of help for concerns involving licensed contractors.
