Access and Help Using This Site

Last updated: October 2026
Nobodymile Tree Service wants nobodymile.world to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that work. It serves as a general template and does not provide legal advice.
The Standard We Work Toward
Our aim is a website that as many people as possible can use. We work toward Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, known as WCAG 2.1. These guidelines are a widely used standard for website accessibility.
Goals for Page Design
To make the website easier to use, we aim to:
- Organize pages in a logical order with clear headings
- Add text alternatives for images that convey meaning
- Use readable text with sufficient color contrast
- Support navigation and use with only a keyboard
- Make pages work on computers, tablets and phones
- Choose plain words and simple sentences
- Give form fields clear labels
Areas That May Need Work
Parts of the site may still fall short of these standards. Third-party content, including embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We check the website periodically and address issues we identify.
Help Through Another Route
Difficulty using a page does not prevent you from seeking help. Request a callback to speak with a provider. You may also email contact@nobodymile.world, and we will do our part to help.
Tell Us About a Barrier
We welcome reports about access problems. Email contact@nobodymile.world with:
- The page or feature involved
- What occurred and what you expected instead
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if known
Your message will be reviewed. Our aim is to respond within a few business days.
Keeping Access in Mind
Accessibility requires continued attention. As the website changes, we will keep considering access and making improvements.
